NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34
Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd June 2026 Asda Stores Ltd applied to Surrey Heath Borough Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express Former RLC Museum, Newfoundland Road, Deepcut, Camberley, Surrey GU16 6SQ The proposed variation is ;- 1. To amend the hours for alcohol sales to 24 hours a day from 1st January to 30th November in order to allow the fulfilment of on-line delivery orders. 2. To add a condition which requires that the premises are closed to the public between midnight and 06.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Surrey Heath Borough Council, Heath House, Knoll Road, Camberley Surrey GU15 3HD no later than 20 July 2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Surrey Heath Borough Council the record of the application may be inspected between the hours of 9am and 5pm at the above address or at www.surreyheath.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
