Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Demon Leisure Limited in respect of premises known as The Brotherhood of Pursuits and Pastimes, 2 Mount Street, Manchester, M2 5WQ, applied to Manchester City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to seek approval of the new Basement Plan only, which can be viewed upon request, to include the following alterations:
1. New fixed seating areas; 2. Bar reconfiguration; and 3. Overall refurbishment of the basement area.
Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 23 July 2026
