Notice is hereby given that Hattos Kitchen Limited has applied for a premises licence to Surrey Heath Borough Council in relation to Hatto’s Kitchen and Deli, 118 Frimley Road, Camberley, Surrey GU15 2QN to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption Off the premises Monday to Sunday 07:00hrs – 23:00hrs. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address or online at https://www.surreyheath.gov.uk/licences-andpermits/ licensing-applications-and-public-registers/ current-licensing-applications Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Council Offices, Surrey Heath House, Knoll Road, Camberley, Surrey GU15 3HD, or by email to licensing@surreyheath.gov. uk Such written representation must be received by 20/07/2026 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
