Notice is hereby given that Krunalkumar Kapatel has applied to Broxtowe Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence for Hari Convenience Store, 31 Nottingham Road, Eastwood NG16 3AN

To allow the (off) Sale by Retail of Alcohol 0800 – 0000hrs Monday to Sunday. The Licensing Register, and full details of this application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Licensing Section, Broxtowe Borough Council, Council Offices, Foster Ave, Beeston, NG9 1AB

(www.broxtowe.gov.uk) between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment.

Interested parties or responsible authorities can make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 23 July 2026.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £unlimited.
