LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF NEW APPLICATION 12/06/2026 - 10/07/2026

An application has been made to Brent Council for a Premises Licence by Ayyan Preston Limited in respect of Walli's Chicken, 222 Preston Road, Wembley, HA9 8PB.

The application is for the provision of late-night refreshments from 11pm to 1am Sunday to Thursday, and 11pm to 2am on Fridays and Saturdays.

Details of the application may be inspected between the hours of 9am and 4pm at Brent Council, Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley, HA9 0FJ or by emailing business.licence@brent.gov.uk. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations no later than 28 days from the date shown at the top of this notice.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
