What is proposed?
Licensing Act 2003
Application has been made by Nando's Chickenland Limited to the Licensing Authority of Hillingdon for a Premises Licence for the Nando's, Lombardy Retail Park, Coldharbour Lane, Hayes UB3 3EX.
The application includes the following terms:-
1. To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 1100 and 0000 Monday to Sunday.
2. To permit the provision of late night refreshment between 2300 and 0000 Monday to Sunday.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at Licensing Service, London Borough of Hillingdon, Civic Centre, Uxbridge UB8 1UW or by email to licensing@hillingdon.gov.uk any time up to and including 23rd July 2026.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
