Notice is hereby given that Rudy’s Pizza Limited has applied to Salford City Council in respect of Rudy’s, 237-239 Monton Road, Monton, Eccles, M30 9PS for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
Opening hours to the public – 11:00 until 23.30 every day. For the sale of alcohol (on and off sales) – 11:00 until 23:00 every day. For the above, from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve until the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Service, Salford City Council, Regulatory Services, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Salford M27 5AW or at ww.salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications
Representations must be received no later than the end of 14th July 2026. The application record and register may be viewed by appointment during normal office hours at the above address or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
