Licensing Act 2003 – Section 17

Notice is hereby given that Guy Nevill of Birling Place has applied to Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council for the GRANT of sale of alcohol (on & off sales) for the premises Birling Farms situated at Birling Place, Stangate Road, Birling, West Malling, Kent ME19 5JN.

Any person wishing to submit representations about the proposals should make them in writing to: Licensing Services, Gibson Drive, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent ME19 4LZ or by email to licensing.services@tmbc.gov.uk giving in detail the grounds of objection by 24 th July 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for the offence is £5000.
