What is proposed?

Notice of Application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Eclectic Bars Trading Limited in respect of premises known as Le Fez Club, 200 Upper Richmond Road, London, SW15 2SH, applied to Wandsworth Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to seek approval of the plan submitted with the application, which can be viewed upon request, to make the following alterations: 1. Form partition to centre of existing island bar servery to separate servery and customer area into two (with double doors to the south of the servery to maintain the customer flow and so as to not affect the means of escape); 2. Form partitions to north end of existing island bar servery to create washout space; 3. Remove booth seating area to the east and introduce 8 e-Darts lanes; and 4. Adapt existing Artiste Room and bar servery 02 to create a small food offer (pizza reheat, no cooking as such).

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk By 17 July 2026. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Licensing Authority, given above, between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council’s website www.wandsworth.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
