LICENSING ACT 2003 – NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Avebury Sports & Social Club has applied to Wiltshire Council for a Premises Licence for:
Avebury Sports & Social Club, Beckhampton Road, Avebury, Marlborough, Wiltshire, SN8 1RD
The application is to permit:
- Sale of alcohol for consumption (on and off the premises): Mon–Wed: 11:00 to 23:00, Thurs–Sat: 11:00 to 23:30, and Sun: 11:00 to 22:30.
- Performance of Live Music (both indoors and outdoors): Mon 11:00 to 23:00, Thurs–Sat 11:00 to 23:00, and Sun 11:00 to 22:00.
- Playing of Recorded Music (both indoors and outdoors): Mon–Thurs: 10:00 to 23:00, Fri–Sat: 10:00 to 23:59, and Sun 10:00 to 22:30.
- Non-Standard timings: Bank Holidays, Public Holidays or Sporting/National Events - One additional terminal hour for sale of alcohol, performance of live music and playing of recorded music.
- Outdoors live music will be limited to a maximum of twelve days per year.
