Take notice that Chicken Cabins Limited has applied to Burnley Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as KFC, 20 Trafalgar Street, Burnley BB11 1TQ The proposed variations are as follows:- Provision of late-night refreshment Changing from Friday to Saturday 23:00-00:00 Changing to Every Day 23:00 – 03:00 (Drive thru and delivery only) Activity will take place indoors and outdoors The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept can be found here: https://burnley.gov.uk/business/licensing/alcoholentertainment-and-food/licence-applications-in-consultation/ An interested party or responsible authority may make a representation preferably by email to licensing@burnley.gov.uk or in writing to The Principal Licensing Officer, Burnley Borough Council Licensing Unit, Town Hall, Manchester Road, Burnley BB11 9SA by 15.07.2026 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
