Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by HLT Stakis Operator Limited in respect of premises known as Hilton London Hyde Park Hotel located at 129 Bayswater Road, London, W2 4RJ to Westminster City Council for a premises licence. The proposed application is: 1. To permit the sale of alcohol by retail from 10:00am to 23:00pm Monday to Saturday and 12:00pm to 22:30pm on Sundays for consumption on and off the premises. 2. To permit the use of recorded music from 10:00am to 23:00pm Monday to Saturday and 12:00pm to 22:30pm on Sundays. Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP, where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal opening hours or online by visiting their website www.westminster.gov.uk/licensing. Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to The Licensing Authority at the above address or to licensing@westminster.gov.uk no later than 14 July 2026, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
