What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Seaview Holiday Park, PL26 6LL has applied to Cornwall Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Seaview Holiday Park, Boswinger, PL26 6LL.
The application seeks to authorise the following licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises. Proposed hours of operation: Monday to Sunday (7 days per week) from 09:00 hours to 23:00 hours.
The public register of the Licensing Authority is kept at the council offices at Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 3AY and may be inspected during normal office hours. Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the postal address above, or via email to Licensing Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 3AY. Representations must be received no later than 24th July 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
