What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Wunderdog Venues Limited has
applied to Leeds City Council for the grant of a Premises
Licence in respect of Premises known as TESTBED, 110
Hunslet Lane, Leeds, LS10 1ES. The proposed licensable
activities and their hours are: The provision of regulated
entertainment (indoor only) in the form of plays, sale of
alcohol by retail (on the premises), films, indoor sporting
events, boxing or wrestling entertainment, live music,
recorded music, performances of dance and anything of a
similar description: 08:00 to 02:00 the following morning
Sunday to Thursday, and 08:00 to 04:00 the following
morning Friday and Saturday. The provision of Late Night
Refreshment: 23:00 to 02:00 the following morning Sunday
to Thursday, and 23:00 to 04:00 the following morning
Friday and Saturday. The opening hours of the premises
will be 08:00 to 02:00 the following morning Sunday to
Thursday, and 08:00 to 04:00 the following morning Friday
and Saturday. Any representations by an interested party or
responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned
application must be received in writing by Entertainment
Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1
1UR, or by email to

entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk,

no later than 21/07/2026 stating the grounds for objection.

application may be inspected at the address of the council,
given above, during normal business hours or on the
council's website –

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
