23:30.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application.
Such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding
level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
This application and the Licensing Register can be
inspected at the address below during normal
office hours. Anyone wishing to make
representation to this proposed application may
send details IN WRITING up to 28 days from the
