NOTICE is hereby given that Acorn 20 Limited Applied on 19th June 2026 for the grant of a New Premise Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: Tre Ciccio, 4a, Moss Lane, Altrincham, WA14 1BA under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 Section 17 for a licence to provide: Retail Sale of Alcohol and Holding of Regulated Entertainment- Monday to Sunday 09:00 - 23:00.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: THE LICENSING SECTION TRAFFORD COUNCIL TRAFFORD TOWN HALL TALBOT ROAD STRETFORD MANCHESTER M32 0TH. Any representation must be submitted no later than 28 days from the date the application was accepted. Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by email to licensing® trafford.gov.uk no later than FINAL DATE FOR REPRESENTATIONS - Friday 17th July 2026. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, at Trafford Council, and is available via email upon request during the 28 day consultation period.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
