NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that SIM Swing Golf has applied to Swansea County Council for the grant of a Premises
Licence in respect of the premises known as:
Christopher Jones Sim Swing Golf 47 St Teilo Street Pontardulais SA4 8SY
The application seeks authorisation for the following
licensable activities:
•The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises.
•The provision of indoor sporting facilities in the form of golf simulator bays.
•The sale of soft drinks, tea and coffee.
The proposed hours for the sale of alcohol are:
Monday to Saturday: 11:00 am to 11:00 pm
Sunday: 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:

Representations must be received within 28 consecutive days from the date the application is made.
A copy of the application can be inspected at the offices of Swansea County Council during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine if convicted of such an offence.
