I/WE: SPD 2 Ltd Have Applied to: North Tyneside Council for a new Premises Licence for:

Unit 1,2,3, Newcastle Quays Retail Park, North Shields, Tyne and Wear, NE29 6DW

Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for On Premises consumption (inc area under canopy): Mon- Sat (11:00-23:00), Sun (11:00-22:00).

Licensing register of North Tyneside Council is kept and can be inspected at Licensing Section, North Tyneside Council, The Killingworth Site, Harvey Combe, Killingworth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 6UB, Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 24th July 2026

Representations shall be made in writing

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
