NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that H&D Vision LTD has applied to Hull City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as:

Emerald Caffè, 261 Boulevard, Hull, HU3 3EQ

The application is for the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises during the following hours:

Monday to Thursday 09:00-22:00
Friday and Saturday 09:00-03:00
Sunday 10:00-22:00

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations to Hull City Council Licensing Authority by 22 July 2026.

The application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on summary conviction should such a false statement be made.
