NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE



Notice is hereby given that Biggleswade Town Cricket Club has applied to Central Bedfordshire Council for the grant of a Club Premises Certificate under Section 71 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of the premises known as: Biggleswade Town Cricket Club THE CRICKET FIELD, FAIRFIELD ROAD, BIGGLESWADE, BEDFORDSHIRE, SG18 0AA
The application seeks authorisation for:
• The supply of alcohol by or on behalf of the Club to members and bona fide guests.
• The provision of regulated entertainment where applicable.
• The use of the clubhouse in connection with cricket, sporting, social and club activities.
A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Central Bedfordshire Council Licensing Authority during normal office hours or via the Council’s website. Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team Central Bedfordshire Council Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 28 consecutive days following the date of the application.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an
application. A person is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
