APPLICATION HAS TODAY BEEN MADE TO THE COUNCIL FOR THE ABOVE LICENCE/CERTIFICATE BY Name of applicant: Chicken Cabins Limited Address of premises: 81 Haley Hill, Halifax HX3 6ED FOR: Change of times we carry out Late Night Refreshment Changing to Mon – Sun 23:00 – 03:00 – Drive thru and Delivery only after 00:00. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Applications may be viewed on our Public Register, at www.calderdale.gov.uk Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Unit, Town Hall, Halifax HX1 1UJ by 15.07.2026 Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
