Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence for Eden Rock Newcastle

Notice is hereby given that Jamie Mantle has applied to Newcastle Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for Eden Rock Newcastle, located at Unit 3-6 Benfield Studios, Benfield Industrial Estate, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE64NQ on the 19th of June 2026

The proposed licensable activities include: Sale of Alcohol for consumption on the premises: 
Monday to Friday 12:00pm - 21:00pm
Saturday to Sunday 12:00pm - 19:00pm

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application for variation must give notice in writing to:-
Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety And Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE1 8QH by no later than 17th July 2026.

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk.

It is an offence to make a false statement in connection with an application and those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
