What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A FULL VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE

We, Daniel Thwaites PLC, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application for a full variation to a Premises Licence has been submitted to North Yorkshire Council in relation to premises known as The Buck Inn and situate at Chapel Gate, Malham, Skipton, BD23 4DA, a brief description of the changes being sought are as follows: To amend the plans which accompany the premises licence, to remove outdated conditions and replace with more suitable conditions, to permit late night refreshment between 23:00 - 05:00 and to amend the hours for the sale of alcohol to 00:01 - 00:00 for residents and their bona fide guests and 07.00-00.00 for non-residents with the permitted opening times of 00:01 - 00:00.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application. Any such representations must be made in writing and be made no later than 15th July 2026 to the relevant Licensing Authority, the postal address and, where appropriate, the world wide web address (where the register of the authority is kept and where the record of the application may be inspected) being as follows: North Yorkshire Council, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 1FJ (www.northyorks.gov.uk).

Note: it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction.
