NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005

Notice is hereby given that Genting Casinos UK Limited, Genting Club Star City, Birmingham, B7 5SA are applying under section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Converted Casino Premises Licence issued under that Act.

The application relates to the following premises:

Genting Casino, 506/516 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G2 3LW

This application (part 1) is for approval of revised premises licence plans to reduce the boundary of the Casino Premises to exclude part of the first floor from the premises licence and for approval of alterations to the delineations of gambling and non-gambling areas.
