I, Kerry Chesswell give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of The Bookshelf, 96 Fore Street, Saltash, PL12 6JW.
The application is to be granted an alcohol licence for a Wine & Cocktail Bar - proposed days Monday- Saturday, proposed hours Monday- Wednesday 9:-16:00 hours, Thursday - Saturday 9:00 - 22:30 hours.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro, TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later the 21st July 2026.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment. Details are also at www.cornwal.gov.uk by searching 'List of current premises licence applications'.
Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 0300 1234212. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application.
A person guily of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, which is unlimited.
