Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied to Liverpool City Council in respect of Lord Nelson, 146 East Prescot Road, Liverpool, L14 5ND for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing no 2634-501).
The change consists of permitting the use of an external food/drink dispense bar, as indicated on the submitted plan, for the sale and supply of alcohol until 10pm on any day as well as allowing entertainment externally until 9pm on any day.
To also add a condition relating to the implementation of an external Garden Management Plan and also amend the existing condition relating to times children are permitted on the premises.

All other permitted hours, activities and conditions currently permitted by the premises are to remain unchanged by this application.
