THE LICENSING ACT 2003 (PREMISES LICENCES AND CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATES) REGULATIONS 2005 Regulation 25 Notice

TO : WHOM IT MAY CONCERN We The Festivals Group UK LTD do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council to grant a premises license to use or permit the use of premises known as East Brighton Park, Wilsons Avenue, BN2 5TS for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:

Provision Of Films, Provision Of Live Music, Provision Of Recorded Music, Provision Of Performances Of Dance, Anything Of A Similar Description To These Activities From 11:00 Until 22:30 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday), Provision Of The Sale Of Alcohol On The Premises From 11:00 To 22:15 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday And Monday)

Festival Opening Times

From 11:00 to 23:00 On the dates of the in perpetuity application Commencing End Of May Bank Holiday 2027 As one programmed May Day Bank Holiday weekend concert / festival in 2027 - Date 28/05/2027 to 31/05/2027 inclusive and continuing annually on said end of May Bank Holiday.

Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send to ehl.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ no later than 17th July 2026 with a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
