NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that I/WE Bamboo Thai Ltd of 392-394 Hoylake Road, Moreton CH46 6DF have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Bamboo Thai Ltd at 8a Dee Lane, West Kirby CH48 0QA for the following Licensable Activities:- Sale of Alcohol, Provision of Performances of Dance (Indoors), Provision of Recorded Music (Indoors), Provision of Live Music (Indoors), Performance of Dance and Live Music.

Days and Hours Requested: Monday 12:00-22:00, Tuesday 12:00-22:00, Wednesday 12:00-22:00, Thursday 12:00-22:00, Friday 12:00-22:00, Saturday 12:00-22:00, Sunday 12:00-21:00.

Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 12/07/2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
