NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I/We PARAMAGURU KIRITHARAN, SUPAGINI KIRITHARAN of 32 Glamis Close, Prenton, CH43 9JH have applied to Wirral Borough Council to vary a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: A and C Stores (Best One) of 176 Mill Lane, Wallasey CH44 3BW for the following Licensable Activities: - Nature of Licensable Activity Days and Hours Requested Alcohol Sales Hours Extending Monday: 06:00 - 22:00 Tuesday: 06:00 - 22:00 Wednesday: 06:00 - 22:00 Thursday: 06:00 - 22:00 Friday: 06:00 - 22:00 Saturday: 06:00 - 22:00 Sunday: 07:00 - 21:00.
A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.30pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey no later than 9th July.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
