What is proposed?
Notice is hereby given that Ravneet Lalia has applied in respect of The Swan Public House, 2 High Street, Iver, Buckinghamshire, SL0 9NG for the grant of a minor variation of the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permitthe following: This is an application to update the premises licence plan in accordance with the submitted drawing (document entitled ‘Swan, Iver – Proposed Licensing Plan’).
The changes are a reconfiguration of the garden area to include new marquee and covered area. A number of conditions are to
be amended to include the marquee and outdoor area within their remit. All other hours, activities and conditions are to remain unchanged by this application.
