Notice of Application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Georgica Limited has applied to East Staffordshire Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Tenpin, Unit 7 Shobnall Retail & Leisure Park, Wellington Road, Burton-upon-Trent, DE14 2AP
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
1.To permit sale of alcohol (on & off premises) and regulated entertainment (indoors) in the form of films, indoor sporting events, live music & recorded music 10:00 to 00:00 hours Sundays to Thursdays and 10:00 to 01:00 hours Fridays & Saturdays.
2.To permit late night refreshment (indoors & outdoors) 23:00 to 00:30 hours Sundays to Thursdays and 23:00 to 01:30 hours Fridays & Saturdays.
3.To permit the premises to open to the public 08:00 to 00:30 hours Sundays to Thursdays and 08:00 to 01:30 hours Fridays & Saturdays.
4.Additional non-standard timings for notable days are sought, as detailed in the application submitted to the Licensing Authority. See application for full details.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing to the Licensing Team, East Staffordshire Borough Council, The Town Hall, King Edward Place, Burton upon Trent, DE14 2EB or email: licensing@eaststaffsbc.gov.uk by no later than 15 July 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
Any representation received will be available for public inspection under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985. Applications can be viewed by appointment only at The Licensing Department, East Staffordshire Borough Council, The Brewhouse, Union Street, Burton upon Trent, DE14 1AA. A list of applications can be viewed online at www.eaststaffsbc.gov.uk
