NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE / CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE
Premises – Quay Street South, Whitehaven, CA28 7LS.
Notice is given that Whitehaven Harbour Commissioners has applied to Cumberland Council Licensing Authority to vary the Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed variation is extension of the permitted hours for the supply of alcohol on Sundays from 18:00 to 23:00.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:
Licensing, Cumberland Council, Whitehaven Commercial Park, Moresby Parks, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA28 8YD
or
Representations must be received no later than 16/07/26.
The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
