Notice is given that Nathan Andrew Paul Mizen has applied to BCP Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: Escoffier Restaurant, Bournemouth and Poole College, Escoffier Restaurant, Bournemouth and Poole College, Lansdowne, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH15 3HQ. The following Licensable Activities will be provided during the following times and start the 29 day of June 2026. Sale of Alcohol 11:30 - 22:00 Monday to Saturday Live and recorded music, Dance Sporting events.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY, www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk, or via email to: licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 13th July 2026. The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address or website. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
