LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

PREMISES Zenobia Arabian Street Food, 203-207 Chillingham Road, Newcastle NE6 5LJ. Notice is given that VYF Properties Limited applied to Newcastle City Council on 18th June 2026 to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as follows: - 1. To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with the plan lodged with the application (to include the incorporation of 203 Chillingham Road). 2. To permit films and activities similar to music from 0800 to 0000 hrs daily. 3. To permit on and off sales of alcohol Sunday to Thursday from 1000 to 2300 and Friday and Saturday from 1000 to 0000 hrs. 4. To remove the conditions under Annex 2 and replace with the Schedule of Conditions submitted with the application. 5. To permit seasonal variations as set out in the application.
