What is proposed?

Take Notice that Olive Franklin & Clarke Ltd., have applied for a variation of a Premises Licence for 25a Seel Street, Liverpool L1 4AU for the following: A variation to increase all licensable activities and times of operation.
The proposed hours for opening and operation of all licensable activities will be Monday to Sunday 08:00 until 06:00 hours the following morning.

Representation can also be made by post to - Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool L3 1AH.
Any responsible authority or any other party wishing to make representations on the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority of Liverpool City Council referred to above.
Representations must be in writing and must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than the day 19th day July of 2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable with an unlimited maximum fine on summary conviction.
