Mae Boy Ashore Limited o’r The Boy Ashore, The Shack, Aberporth, Aberteifi, SA43 2EP wedi gwneud cais i Gyngor Sir Ceredigion i amrywio Trwydded Safle ar 19/06/2026.
Dymunwn:
– Ymestyn yr oriau ar gyfer gwerthu alcohol o 11:00–21:00 i 11:00–22:00, dydd Llun i ddydd Sul.
– Ymestyn yr oriau agor o 11:00–22:00 i 11:00–23:00, dydd Llun i ddydd Sul.

Gall unrhyw awdurdod cyfrifol neu unrhyw berson arall gwneud sylwadau mewn perthynas â’r cais hwn yn ysgrifenedig i’r Adain Drwyddedu i’r cyfeiriad uchod neu trwy e-bost i trwyddedu@ceredigion.gov.uk erbyn canol nos ar y 17/07/2026.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Under Section 34 of The Licensing Act 2003
Boy Ashore Limited of The Boy Ashore, The Shack, Aberporth, Aberteifi, SA43 2EP have applied to Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council to vary a Premises Licence on the 19/06/2026.
We wish to:
- Extend the hours for the sale of alcohol from 11:00 to 21:00 to 11:00 to 22:00 Mon – Sun.
- Extend the opening hours from 11:00 to 22:00 to 11:00 to 23:00 Mon – Sun.

Any responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing to the Licensing Section at the above address or by e-mail to publicprotection@ceredigion.gov.uk by midnight on 17/07/2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
