Notice is hereby given that Surya Hotels LTD has applied in respect of the Unit 10a, 129-139, Layer Road, Colchester, CO2 9JY for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: The supply of Alcohol for consumption between the hours of 8:00 - 23:00 Monday to Sunday whilst being open to the public during these times.
Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 15.07.26 to the Licensing Authority, Colchester City Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected by appointment ONLY between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester City Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online https://www.new.colchester.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
