What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by White Card Ltd in respect of premises known as Blank Space located at 22 Heathcoat Street, Nottingham, NG1 3AA to Nottingham City Council on 17 June 2026 for a premises licence.
The proposed application is:
1. To permit the supply of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment from 08:00 hours to 01:30 hours on Mondays to Sundays.
2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 hours to 01:30 hours on Mondays to Sundays.
3. To provide licensable activities on specific occasions.
Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the licensing authority at Nottingham City Council, Tamar Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham NG2 3AH where the licensing register can be inspected during the authority’s normal opening hours or at www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk.
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the licensing authority at the above address or to general.licensing@nottinghamcity.gov.uk no later than 15 July 2026, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
