Notice is hereby given that the above named has applied to Braintree District Council for a Premises Licence. The proposed licensable activities are: ON and OFF Sales of Alcohol: 08:00 to 20:00hrs Sun to Thu, and 08:00 to 23:00hrs Fri & Sat.

A copy of the full application and any representations must be made in writing to: The Licensing Authority, Braintree District Council, Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree, CM7 9HB - licensing@braintree.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than: 16 July 2026. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction.
