NOTICE is hereby given that BK World Lounges Ltd has applied to Gateshead Council on 17 June 2026 for the grant of a premises licence at Askew Road, Newcastle, NE8 2PB, as shown in the site location plan attached to the application.
The application is to permit the provision of late night refreshment 23:00-05:00 every day with opening 24 hours per day, every day. Full details can be seen in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation about this application should do so in writing to the above address or by email no later than 15 July 2026 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made relevant to the Licensing Act.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
