The applicant has applied
to the Licensing Authority for a premises licence for the
above premises for the following licensable activities:
1. To allow for the sale of alcohol between the hours of
0000 and 2400 daily for consumption off the premises.
2. To allow for the provision of late night refreshment
between the hours of 2300 and 0500 daily.
Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the
Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the
Licensing Authority no later than 16 July 2026. Any
representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in
writing to Licensing Section, Buckinghamshire Council,

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false

maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
