APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that K & Z Crawley Limited has
applied in respect of KFC Crawley, 94-96 High Street,
Crawley, RH10 1BZ for an application to vary the premises
licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the
following: To amend the premises licence conditions. The
condition relating to door staff is to be amended so that this
is determined on a risk assessed basis at all times. There
will also be conditions added that deal with staff training,
public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and delivery
driver code of conduct. To update the premises licence plan
in accordance with the submitted drawing (drawing number
CW23-KC/G100). The last date for representations is
17 July 2026.

Crawley Town Hall, The Boulevard, Crawley, RH10 1UZ
by prior appointment during normal office hours. between
9am and 4pm Monday to Friday. A summary is available
on the Public Register via crawley.gov.uk
Any person or body may make representation in writing on
or before the final date for representations, in writing to the
Licensing and Partnerships Manager, Crawley Borough
Council, Town Hall, The Boulevard, Crawley, RH10 1UZ
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
