Am/ are applying for the Grant / Variation of a Premises Licence / Club Premises Certificate
If granted, the licence will enable the following to take place: sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises / sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises / provision of late night refreshment / provision of regulated entertainment consisting of:
LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT - SUNDAY TO SATURDAY - 23:00 - 04:00 - NO SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL
Persons wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Service, Luton Borough Council, Town Hall, Luton, Beds, LU1 2BQ, within 28 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the Application is also kept at the above address and may be viewed during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction of an unlimited fine.
