Notice of application for a
variation pursuant to section 34
of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is given that Milestone
Restaurants Limited t/a McDonald’s
Restaurant have applied for the
Vari ation of a Premises Licence on
12th June 2026 for McDonald’s
Restaurant, Eltham Road, London,
SE9 5LN. The Variation is to remove
Condition 6 from Annex 2, Condition
1 from Annex 3 and to amend
Condition 9 from Annex 2 to read
“Litter patrols will be conducted daily
between 06:00 and 00:00 in the
immediate vicinity of the premises to
include the front patio and car park”.
A record of this application may be
inspected by app ointment. Other
persons may make representations
to the Council on this application by
no later than 10th July 2026
