What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that RAZTINA LTD has applied for a premises licence in relation to King of Wings at 57 High Street, Hornchurch, RM11 1TP to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Late night refreshment.

Full details of the application can be inspected at the address noted below during normal business hours.

A representation by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application can be made to The Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BD, http://www.havering.gov.uk/ 

Such representation must be received in writing by 08/07/26, clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
