Notice is hereby given that I, Peter Hodson have applied for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as PADS, 48 Richmond Road, Catterick Garrison DL9 3JF to allow the (off) Sale by Retail of alcohol 0830-1800 hours, Monday to Sunday.
Any representations regarding the application must be received in writing at: Licensing Department, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond, DL10 4JX no later than 13 July 2026 stating the grounds for the representation. The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the address given above during normal business hours, or on the council’s website - www.northyorks.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
