NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that SUGAR LOAF CAFE LIMITED have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as 57 ASHBOURNE ROAD, DERBY, DE22 3FS It is proposed as follows:-

Application is made for the sale of alcohol and the playing of live music and recorded music between the hours of 08:00 - 22:00 Monday to Sunday.

A copy of the application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Derby City Council, Council House, Corporation Street, Derby, DE1 2FS by prior appointment or by email to licensing@derby.gov.uk.

The application was lodged with Derby City Council on 23 June 2026 and any representations must be in writing to the above address and must be made no later than 21 July 2026.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
