NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Black Bear Burger Ltd has applied to London Borough of Southwark on 19 June 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Black Bear Burger, 190 Redcross Way, London, SE1 9AB for the provision of late night refreshment and the sale by retail of alcohol, Sunday to Thursday 10:00-23:30 and Friday to Saturday 10:00-00:00, as more particularly set out in the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Southwark Licensing Service, Hub 1, 3rd Floor, 160 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QH or by email to: licensing@southwark.gov.uk to be received by no later than 17 July 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.southwark.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
