What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Away Resorts Limited to the Licensing Authority of Dorset Council (Weymouth & Portland) for a Premises Licence for East Fleet Farm Touring Park, Field Site - Fleet Lane, Chickerell, Weymouth, Dorset DT3 4DW. The application includes the following terms:-

To permit the sale of alcohol & regulated entertainment (where indicated) Monday to Sunday 1000 to 2300 hours each day.

Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Dorset Council (Weymouth & Portland), County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DTI 1XJ during normal office hours email licensing@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 9th July 2026 (www.dorset.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
