Notice is hereby given that We, Mahakal & Khodiyar Ltd, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as
SEAHAM VAPE & CONVENIENCE SYDNEY HOUSE STOCKTON ROAD SEAHAM SR7 0HJ for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol Off Sales Only Monday to Sunday 08:00 – 22:00 The full application can be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/ objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing by 14th July 2026 and sent to: Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 274, Stanley DH8 1HG. Alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
